Lung Ha Theatre Company is delighted to announce the appointment of three new members to our Board of Trustees: Jude Henderson, Laura Nicol and Charlie West!
Jude Henderson is the Chief Operating Officer at the Edinburgh Futures Institute in the University of Edinburgh. She was previously Chief Executive of the Federation of Scottish Theatre and before that Director of the Scottish Graduate School for Arts & Humanities. Her past board roles include chairing Zero Tolerance Scotland and Culture Counts. Jude is delighted to be back in the theatre world again!
Laura Nicol has worked as an Occupational Therapist with adults who have a learning disability for 27 years. She was motivated to join the Lung Ha Board first and foremost as a fan of the Company’s past productions. Laura is greatly enjoying getting to know our Ensemble, and is looking forward to contributing to the future of Lung Ha.
Charlie West is an actor and musician based in Edinburgh. He has toured across Scotland, England and the US including a residency Off-Broadway in New York and has worked with companies such as The National Theatre, Lyceum Edinburgh, Dundee Rep, Liverpool’s Royal Court, The National Theatre of Scotland and more. He has also appeared on several albums as a session musician and regularly performs gigs across Scotland. He has been involved with Lung Ha in the past, and is delighted to be appointed as a Board member to continue to work with us in a new capacity.
