Performer Perspective: Leigh Flynn

Long time member of Lung Ha Theatre Company, Leigh Flynn, speaks about how she is finding rehearsals for The Silent Treatment

How are rehearsals going?

It's good. I really like it. I really like my new character that I am playing. She is angry but also funny. I like what I have to do when playing her. I like the bits where I am running and and sweeping.

How is it different from other productions you have been involved in?

It's not been that different, same amount of hard work as with the other shows. It doesn't matter that much about there not being many lines but it is strange being in rehearsals that are so quiet. It can also be a bit difficult to know when to do your bit.

How does being part of Lung Ha make you feel?

It makes me very happy being part of Lung Ha Theatre Company. I like that I can make new friends and I like doing stuff with all the people.

The Silent Treatment will be performed at Tron Theatre, Glasgow on 01 & 02 April 2016, and Traverse Theatre, Edinburgh on 07 – 09 April 2016.
